Getting in touch with Boom Casino support is easy. You can click the 'Support chat' button from the website at any time. Or just as easily, you can shoot off an email as you please.

The main way you are encouraged to get in touch with Boom Casino support is via chat.
While it is important to point out that officially Boom live chat is only available from 09:00-00:00 CET, which means 3am – 6pm on the East Coast, do not be discouraged. Although it is true you will not be able to chat directly with an agent beyond those hours, you will get service that is almost as quick.
Basically what happens during off hours is that the chat window will open, but there will be no live interaction. Instead, you type in your inquiry and hit send. You will then receive an email response so quickly that it is almost as if it was live chat, just through a different channel. So why the limited hours you might ask? Frankly, so did we. There really is no logical answer when there is such immediate service in any event.
As for chat support during regular hours, we are pleased to report it was equally good. The wait time was almost non-existent and the interactions were always friendly and to the point.

One thing we really liked is that these email responses aren't sent from one of those horrible email addresses you can't respond to. Instead, if you have a follow-up question to a response you got, you can simply hit 'Reply' and get back in touch with the same service agent for continued support. This is a nice little touch that not all online casinos offer.
