There's an information section that's the equivalent of an FAQ, which you can access from the Menu. If you need to speak with someone for further clarification, the Platincasino support team is available from 8am until midnight, German time. That's roughly 2am until 6pm if you're in Ontario, or 11pm until 3pm if you're out on the West Coast. The hours are ok, but obviously 24/7 live chat would have been better.

The site states the hours as 8am until 12pm, which would make it noon. However, we double checked with their support and they confirmed that it's actually until midnight.

The first time we tried to connect with their live chat, we waited and waited for over 15 minutes and no one connected with us. We just got an automated message saying there were a lot of incoming chats - despite that we were listed as position 1 in the queue! After we gave up and disappeared for some snacks, an agent finally got back to us.

When you do manage to reach their team, they are helpful enough. But we have to say, our first experience left a sour taste and we were not too impressed by the long wait with their live chat support.
