Although Adin flirted briefly with gay jokes and people were wondering whether he's straight or not, it turns out that he's actually pretty straight. For a while, it seemed that Adin and fellow Twitch star Corinna Kopf were an item when they kissed on stream. Things didn't go so well for the two though and they broke up.

However, Adin didn't stay single for long, he came out into the open with Pamibaby on Instagram. Pamibaby is a gorgeous TikTok star famous for beauty content and lip syncing to rap. Adin Ross has even said he intends to marry her, but they broke up in 2021.
Beyond love, the man has been through some pretty rocky times during his childhood. In an interview on Adam22's No Jumper podcast, Adin revealed that when he was 12, he was stabbed by a mentally ill relative while he was sleeping. It was a bloody affair that required 9 stitches in his arm, and the relative was sent to prison before being transferred to a psychiatric institution.
