live chat iconThe main way to contact Spin Away Casino is through their live chat. It’s available 7 days a week, although for now it’s not for 24 hours a day. Rather the support hours are limited to 3am to 6pm on the East Coast, or midnight to 3pm if you’re out West.

These may seem like somewhat odd hours, but that’s because Spinaway is headquartered in Europe and these are regular European business hours. Admittedly, it’s not the most convenient for Canadians, but the line is still open for enough hours for us. If you access live chat outside of these hours, you’ll have the option to leave the Spin Away Support team a message.

That’s just the formal access. What about the service itself? Our players were all greeted by an agent within 10 seconds of initiating the chat. The customer service reps were also helpful and upfront. We went from asking dumb questions to rather challenging ones regarding the very fine print on their promotions.
