1.) MagicRed Live Casino Chat

A nice little feature that MagicRed offers is that you don’t actually have to be a member yet to access its live chat. You just need to click on the chat link and enter your email address and name to get started.

Once you are a member, you will however need to be logged in to the casino to access chat, that is if you want the team to be able to identify you and help with your specific issue.

As for what kinds of inquiries you can have addressed, the truth is really anything MagicRed related. For example, if you need help submitting your documentation for making a withdrawal, you can have someone chat you through. Or if you were wondering about a certain bonus’s terms, you can reach out for a better explanation. Whatever your question, big or small, we found that the chat team was willing to help.

Just keep in mind that live chat hours are somewhat limited, from 08:00 CET through 00:00 CET. This unfortunately is more in tune with a European market, which means you might not always be able to get the instant answers you would like, though even with the time difference there is still plenty of overlap.

email icon If you have an inquiry outside of MagicRed’s official support hours, you can always send an email to its support team. Again, this team isn’t on hand 24/7, so don’t expect an instant reply, although you may get one if your timing is right.

The plus side we’ve found in email support is that you tend to get your answers concentrated in one place. That is the agent will try and answer in as comprehensive a manner as possible to cover the full intricacies of your inquiry. Also, emails are easy to file, so you can put your answer in your inbox folder under ‘MagicRed’ for future reference.

3.) Reaching MagicRed Casino by Phone

The telephone is apparently passé. Because as of 2020, there seems to be no telephone casino support around! Is this a bad thing? Not really, as truthfully, most of us on the Casino.Guide team agree, we’d rather type than speak.

4.) MagicRed Casino on Social Media

twitter iconWhile it is true that some online casinos have built a social media presence, many more have started and abandoned ship, likely since this is not an effective way for attracting or communicating with players.

Seems reasonable enough to us. We have enough contacts and friends to keep us busy – which is what social media is for. And we prefer other channels like email and chat anyhow, when we want to get in touch with the casino’s support, which is why we certainly don’t judge MagicRed for not bombarding us with Facebook statuses or Instagram posts.

Expert Opinion on MagicRed Casino Customer Support & Service

customer support iconSo does MagicRed have the magic touch when it comes to service and support? That’s a tricky question. It does have the right channels available – predominantly email and chat. But it isn’t a 24/7 service, which is something we’ve truthfully come to expect.

Does that affect our overall experience at the casino? In all honestly, no. We found very little reason to get in touch with support since things here run really smoothly. Still we’d like to see MagicRed catch up and move into the realm of 24/7, at which point we would be able to give it the absolute top grade in terms of customer support. In the meantime, we’ll give it a close second, since we really did feel the human touch from its caring support team.
