A nice little feature that MagicRed offers is that you donât actually have to be a member yet to access its live chat. You just need to click on the chat link and enter your email address and name to get started.
Once you are a member, you will however need to be logged in to the casino to access chat, that is if you want the team to be able to identify you and help with your specific issue.
As for what kinds of inquiries you can have addressed, the truth is really anything MagicRed related. For example, if you need help submitting your documentation for making a withdrawal, you can have someone chat you through. Or if you were wondering about a certain bonusâs terms, you can reach out for a better explanation. Whatever your question, big or small, we found that the chat team was willing to help.
Just keep in mind that live chat hours are somewhat limited, from 08:00 CET through 00:00 CET. This unfortunately is more in tune with a European market, which means you might not always be able to get the instant answers you would like, though even with the time difference there is still plenty of overlap.

Seems reasonable enough to us. We have enough contacts and friends to keep us busy â which is what social media is for. And we prefer other channels like email and chat anyhow, when we want to get in touch with the casinoâs support, which is why we certainly donât judge MagicRed for not bombarding us with Facebook statuses or Instagram posts.

Does that affect our overall experience at the casino? In all honestly, no. We found very little reason to get in touch with support since things here run really smoothly. Still weâd like to see MagicRed catch up and move into the realm of 24/7, at which point we would be able to give it the absolute top grade in terms of customer support. In the meantime, weâll give it a close second, since we really did feel the human touch from its caring support team.
